How Can I Renew My Account (Extend My Membership)? |

Account Renewal is required when
membership is expiring or if a member wishes to upgrade from "Regular" to
"Club/Platinum/Star/Gold" membership. To Renew please follow the steps below:
- Login into http://www.suitablematch.com/
using your Display Id and Password.
- If your membership is already expired then you will be
automatically taken into Account Renewal Screen. Otherwise Click on "Account
Information" Icon
- Click on the "Renew Account" Button on the bottom
center of the Account Information Screen.
- You will presented a Payment Option Screen, where you can
select the payment type options. If you select Credit Card you will be taken to a secured
screen where you can enter credit card information and pay on-line.

How Do I Upgrade from Regular to Club Membership? |
|
To upgrade your membership type
from Regular to Club Membership, you will need to Renew Your Account as stated in "How Can I Renew My Account?". Please note that
once you upgrade your membership type from "Regular" to "Club" then it
can not be downgraded to "Regular" until the Club Membership Expires. You
will need to pay the difference between a Club Membership Price and the amount you
have already paid for Regular Membership.
If you
would like to Upgrade your membership immediately from "Regular" to
"Club" then please use the Online method of payment (i.e. Credit Card). Its
highly secure, confidential and fastest way to renew your account. |

How Can I Find Status/Details Of My Membership ? |

Please follow the following
steps:
- Please login using your Display Id and Password
- Click on Account Information; This would display your
account information: Expiration Date, Last Login, Number of Messages Sent, Number of
Messages Received, Number of New Messages, Number of Messages Read.
Please Note: Account Information Screen is also used to
Renew Account by clicking the "Renew Account" Button. |

What Do I do If I Have Forgotten My Userid? |
|
You CAN NOT change your userid.
To change your password please login using your Display Id and password. Click on
"Change Password" icon and type the new password and submit it for processing.
The new password if accepted, will take effect immediately. |

What Do I Do If I Have Forgotten My Password? |
|
Please follow the following
steps:
- Search (from the main page) in asianmatches database using
your age, gender, star sign, location, height. Find the id that matches your profile and
try logging in using the id and your password.
- If you can not find any id by above then EMAIL Webmaster your First Name, Last Name, Date Of Birth AND either Mother's Maiden Name
or Password. Please allow 1 day response time for the webmaster to email your userid.
